December 27, 2023: Millville, NJ 08332 The Millville Thunderbolts (Millville, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA), 49-48 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Thunderbolts (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Gloucester City (Gloucester City, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Gloucester City got by Gateway Regional (Woodbury Heights, NJ), 78-33, in a league test.
The Explorers now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wildwood Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. La Salle College will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 68-49 non-league loss to Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-3.
