With the victory, Madison Prep Academy improves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The travel to Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA) to confront the Gators in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 14-2. Captain Shreve won 44-23 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA)
Next up, the Purple Knights confront the Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA) in a 5A District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. St. Augustine will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 86-80 non-league win over Walker (Walker, LA).
