December 27, 2023: Richmond, KY 40475 Model Patriots (Richmond, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mohican Young Star Academy Gladiators (Perrysville, OH), 74-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Model upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Patriots host Bryan Station (Lexington, KY) to clash with the Defenders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Defenders go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Bryan Station won 76-36 in their recent non-league bout against Bath County (Owingsville, KY)
Next up, the Gladiators clash with the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Mohican Young Star Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 76-36 non-league loss to Bryan Station (Lexington, KY).
