Missouri High School Basketball - Nodaway-Holt can't hold off West Platte
December 27, 2023: Weston, MO 64098 The West Platte Bluejays basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Nodaway-Holt Trojans to 36 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bluejays now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Savannah for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. West Platte will battle a Savages team coming off a 55-40 non-league win over Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO). The Savages record now stands at 4-5.
The Trojans (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO). The Roosters/Chicks enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Pleasant Hill was nudged by Savannah (Savannah, MO), 55-40, in a non-league contest.
