Missouri High School Basketball - Skyline knocked off by Willow Springs
December 27, 2023: Urbana, MO 65767 The Willow Springs Bears basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Skyline Tigers to 56 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Licking for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Willow Springs will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 67-63 non-league win over Conway (Conway, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-1.
The Tigers (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Lincoln, MO). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Lincoln was defeated by Iberia (Iberia, MO), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
