Nevada High School Basketball - Sierra Lutheran ripped by Spanish Springs
December 27, 2023: Carson City, NV 89705 The Spanish Springs Cougars basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Sierra Lutheran Falcons to 9 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reed for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Spanish Springs will battle a Raiders team coming off a 50-26 non-league win over North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Raiders record now stands at 2-7.
The Falcons (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, North Valleys was routed by Reed (Sparks, NV), 50-26, in a non-league contest.
