Wisconsin High School Basketball - Baraboo knocked off by Fennimore
December 27, 2023: Fennimore, WI 53809 The Fennimore Golden Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Baraboo Thunderbirds to 40 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Fennimore will meet a Eagles team coming off a 49-39 non-league win over Lomira (Lomira, WI). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
The Thunderbirds (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against New Glarus (New Glarus, WI). The Glarner Knights enter the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, New Glarus ran past Dodgeville (Dodgeville, WI), 75-50, in a non-league contest.
