Missouri High School Basketball - Highland holds off Ursuline Academy
December 27, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63122 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Highland Cougars (Ewing, MO) and the host Ursuline Academy Bears (St. Louis, MO), saw Highland's basketball squad hold off Ursuline Academy by a tally of 35-31.
With the victory, Highland improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Riverview Gardens (St. Louis, MO) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Riverview Gardens lost 46-27 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Charles (St. Charles, MO)
Next up, the Bears confront the Highland Bulldogs (Highland, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Ursuline Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 43-37 non-league win over Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL).
