Virginia High School Basketball - Western Alamance holds off King's Fork
December 27, 2023: Suffolk, VA 23434 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) and the host King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA), saw Western Alamance's basketball squad hold off King's Fork by a tally of 57-52.
With the victory, Western Alamance improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host O'Neal (Southern Pines, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. O'Neal won 60-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. King's Fork will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
