Georgia High School Basketball - McDonough crushes Therrell
December 27, 2023: McDonough, GA 30253 McDonough Warhawks (McDonough, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Therrell Panthers (Atlanta, GA), 56-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, McDonough upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Warhawks host Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Alpharetta lost 50-48 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Arabia Mountain Rams (Lithonia, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Therrell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 66-44 non-league win over North Clayton (College Park, GA).
