December 27, 2023: Edison, NJ 08820 St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ranney (Tinton Falls, NJ), 57-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Thomas Aquinas upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Trojans travel to Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Holmdel won 53-47 in their recent non-league bout against Mount St. Mary Academy (Watchung, NJ)
Next up, the play the Hudson Catholic Hawks (Jersey City, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Ranney will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Jackson Memorial (Jackson Township, NJ).
