The West Johnston Wildcats (Benson, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC), 47-24 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC). The Gryphons go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Rocky Mount walloped Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 53-37, in a non-league test.
