Florida High School Basketball - Chiles knocked off by Gadsden County
December 27, 2023: Havana, FL 32333 The Gadsden County Jaguars basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Chiles Timberwolves to 54 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Jaguars now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Munroe for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Gadsden County will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 78-69 non-league win over Crossroad Academy (Quincy, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-0.
The Timberwolves (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against FAMU DRS (Tallahassee, FL). The Baby Rattlers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, FAMU DRS was defeated by Marianna (Marianna, FL), 65-29, in a non-league contest.
