Missouri High School Basketball - Ash Grove holds off El Dorado Springs
December 27, 2024: Ash Grove, MO 65604 The Ash Grove Pirates basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting El Dorado Springs Bulldogs to 45 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Hollister for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Ash Grove will confront a Tigers team coming off a 54-53 non-league win over Pierce City (Pierce City, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, El Dorado Springs falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Seneca (Seneca, MO) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Indians go into the game with a record of 0-4. Seneca lost 77-56 in their recent non-league game against Crooked Oak (Oklahoma City, OK)
