In Friday's non-league contest, the host Bandys Trojans basketball team scored a close 69-62 triumph over the Forestview Jaguars.

The Trojans (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, North Lincoln nipped Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 82-65, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Forestview will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 8-2 record after their 82-65 non-league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
