The James Wood Colonels basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Boonsboro Warriors to 49 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Friday.

The Colonels now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Berkeley Springs for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. James Wood will confront a Indians team coming off a 57-46 non-league loss to GVCS Broadfording (Hagerstown, MD). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Boonsboro falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD) to confront the Leopards in a CMC game on Thursday, January 2.
