The Riverside Argonauts (Indianapolis, IN) basketball edged the host Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN), 51-46 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Argonauts now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Irvington Preparatory Academy for a Greater Indianapolis bout on Friday, January 3. Riverside will play a team coming off a 67-62 non-league win over Heritage (Broadlands, IL). The record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Brown County falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Waldron (Waldron, IN) to play the Mohawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Mohawks go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Waldron won 66-28 in their recent non-league bout against Traders Point Christian (Whitestown, IN)
