The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) and the visiting Calhoun Yellow Jackets (Calhoun, GA), observed Central's basketball team knock off Calhoun by a score of 56-41.

The Lions (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Model (Rome, GA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Model prevailed over Rockmart (Rockmart, GA), 68-40, in a non-league challenge.
