Kentucky High School Basketball - Calloway County holds off Trinity
December 27, 2024: Louisville, KY 40207 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Calloway County Lakers basketball team scored a close 57-56 triumph over the Trinity Shamrocks.
The Lakers (10-0) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Eagles go into the District 4 contest with a 0-2 record.
In their next game, the Shamrocks confront the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Trinity will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 8-0 record after their 69-53 non-league win over Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY).
