The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Carver Yellowjackets (Winston-Salem, NC) and the visiting Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC), observed Carver's basketball team knock off Wilkes Central by a score of 81-73.

The Yellowjackets (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Stokes (Danbury, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, North Stokes dropped by Surry Central (Dobson, NC), 71-46, in a non-league challenge.
