The Cascade Cadets basketball squad (Clayton, IN), was outscored 70-56 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN)

With the victory, Tippecanoe Valley advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Hauser (Hope, IN) to meet the Jets in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. The Jets enter the battle with a record of 6-1. Hauser won 67-46 in their recent non-league battle against East Central (St. Leon, IN)

The Cadets now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crawfordsville for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. Cascade will meet a Athenians squad coming off a 67-64 non-league win over Speedway (Speedway, IN). The Athenians record now stands at 2-6.
