December 27, 2024: Comanche, TX 76442 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lampasas Badgers (Lampasas, TX) and the host Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX), observed Lampasas's basketball team overwhelm Comanche by a score of 79-41.
The Badgers (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX). The Steers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record. In their last challenge, Big Spring was routed by Midland (Midland, TX), 47-42, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Comanche will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
