December 27, 2024: Seneca, PA 16346 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cranberry Area Berries basketball team scored a close 79-78 triumph over the Freeport Yellowjackets.
The Berries (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Rockets go into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Slippery Rock was tipped by Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA), 63-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Moniteau Warriors (West Sunbury, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Freeport will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 74-33 league loss to Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA).
