Texas High School Basketball - Wall overwhelms Dublin
December 27, 2024: Dublin, TX 76446 The Wall Hawks basketball team scored 82 points and limited the host Dublin Lions to 40 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lampasas for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Wall will play a Badgers team coming off a 79-41 non-league win over Comanche (Comanche, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 13-6.
With the loss, Dublin falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX) to play the Buckaroos in a 3A Region I District 8 game on Friday, January 3. The Buckaroos go into the game with a record of 8-9. Breckenridge lost 43-40 in their recent non-league game against Muenster (Muenster, TX)
