The Zionsville Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host East Chicago Central Cardinals to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Homestead for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Zionsville will confront a Spartans team coming off a 68-56 league loss to Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (Fort Wayne, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, East Chicago Central falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Penn (Mishawaka, IN) to confront the Kingsmen in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28.
