New York High School Basketball - Ticonderoga routed by Fair Haven
December 27, 2024: Ticonderoga, NY 12883 Fair Haven Slaters (Fair Haven, VT) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Ticonderoga Sentinels (Ticonderoga, NY), 62-30 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Fair Haven advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Slaters travel to Whitehall (Whitehall, NY) to face the Railroaders in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Railroaders enter the match with a record of 5-0.
The Sentinels now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plattsburgh for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I match on Tuesday, January 7. Ticonderoga will face a Hornets squad coming off a 75-55 non-league loss to Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY). The Hornets record now stands at 4-2.
