Oregon High School Basketball - Owyhee knocks off Grant
December 27, 2024: Portland, OR 97212 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Owyhee Storm (Meridian, ID) and the host Grant Generals (Portland, OR), observed Owyhee's basketball team overcome Grant by a margin of 78-61.
The Storm (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gonzaga (Washington, DC). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Gonzaga defeated Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD), 95-52, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Generals battle the Lincoln Cardinals (Portland, OR) in a 6A Portland challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Grant will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record.
