New York High School Basketball - Guilderland victorious over Watervliet
December 27, 2024: Guilderland Center, NY 12085 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Guilderland Flying Dutchmen basketball team scored a good 58-43 triumph over the Watervliet Cannoneers.
The Flying Dutchmen (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Whitesboro (Marcy, NY). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Whitesboro topped Schalmont (Schenectady, NY), 55-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cannoneers confront the Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons Golden Knights (Schenectady, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Watervliet will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Golden Knights go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 60-43 non-league loss to Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY).
