December 27, 2024: East Hanover, NJ 07936 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Hanover Park Hornets basketball team scored a close 71-65 win over the Sparta Spartans.
The Hornets (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Gaels come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Roxbury edged Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ), 58-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Sparta will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
