The Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) basketball crushed the host Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA), 84-22 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Monarchs now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hoover for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Mater Dei will play a Cardinals team coming off a 59-51 non-league win over Highland (Palmdale, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-7.
