Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Hollywood Sheiks (Los Angeles, CA), 49-39 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Kennedy advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Muir (Pasadena, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 2-10. Muir lost 58-29 in their recent non-league match against North (Torrance, CA)

The Sheiks now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robert F. Kennedy Community for a Central match on Wednesday, January 8. Hollywood will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 93-43 league loss to Bernstein (Hollywood, CA). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-5.
