Illinois High School Basketball - Lockport victorious over Pontiac
December 27, 2024: Pontiac, IL 61764 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Lockport Porters basketball team scored a good 71-61 triumph over the Pontiac Indians.
The Porters (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Oak Park-River Forest was toppled by Curie (Chicago, IL), 68-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians confront the East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Pontiac will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record.
