In Friday's non-league contest, the host Tri County Trojans basketball team scored a big 76-37 win over the Meridian Mustangs.

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Deshler (Deshler, NE). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Deshler smashed Diller-Odell (Odell, NE), 49-35, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 30. Meridian will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Griffin come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 49-35 non-league loss to Deshler (Deshler, NE).
