Tennessee High School Basketball - Sevier County routs South-Doyle
December 27, 2024: Sevierville, TN 37862 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Sevier County Smoky Bears basketball team scored a big 83-51 triumph over the South-Doyle Cherokees.
The Smoky Bears (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lipscomb Academy (Nashville, TN). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Lipscomb Academy smashed Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY), 67-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cherokees confront the Cocke County Fighting Cocks (Newport, TN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. South-Doyle will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Fighting Cocks go into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 70-50 non-league win over Cherokee (Rogersville, TN).
