California High School Basketball - Mira Costa overwhelms Leuzinger
December 27, 2024: Lawndale, CA 90260 The Mira Costa Mustangs basketball team scored 81 points and limited the host Leuzinger Olympians to 47 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to North for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Mira Costa will confront a Saxons team coming off a 55-33 non-league loss to Lawndale (Lawndale, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Leuzinger falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to Culver City (Culver City, CA) to confront the Centaurs in a game on Wednesday, January 8. The Centaurs go into the game with a record of 3-6.
