The Franklin Central Flashes were victorious over the visiting Borden Braves basketball squad by a final score of 48-35 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Flashes clash with the Columbus North Bull Dogs (Columbus, IN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 28. Franklin Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Bull Dogs enter the outing with a 13-1 record after their 73-51 non-league win over Scottsburg (Scottsburg, IN).

The Braves (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Seymour (Seymour, IN). The Owls go into the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Seymour was topped by Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN), 52-30, in a league contest.
