In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cass Tech Technicians basketball team scored a big 60-31 triumph over the Romulus Eagles.

The Technicians (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Coldwater (Coldwater, MI). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Coldwater smashed Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI), 39-21, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Ypsilanti Grizzlies (Ypsilanti, MI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Romulus will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 35-30 league loss to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI).
