Alabama High School Basketball - Haleyville overwhelms Hayden
December 27, 2024: Haleyville, AL 35565 The Haleyville Lions basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Hayden Wildcats to 21 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Fayette County for a 4A Area 10 game on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Hayden falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 4-7. Carbon Hill lost 59-49 in their recent non-league game against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL)
