December 27, 2024: West Chester, PA 19380 Henderson Warriors (West Chester, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Steinert Spartans (Hamilton, NJ), 44-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Henderson advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA) to face the Eagles in a Ches-Mont - National match on Friday, January 3. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 1-4. Bishop Shanahan won 38-24 in their recent non-league match against Unionville (Kennett Square, PA)
The Spartans now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Princeton Day for a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. Steinert will face a Panthers squad coming off a 49-18 non-league loss to Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.
