The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Newsome Wolves (Lithia, FL) and the host Indian Rocks Christian Eagles (Largo, FL), observed Newsome's basketball team overcome Indian Rocks Christian by a margin of 38-23.

The Wolves (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridge Community (Davenport, FL). The Bolts come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Ridge Community defeated Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL), 38-20, in a non-league challenge.
