Texas High School Basketball - Lubbock victorious over Stephenville
December 27, 2024: Lubbock, TX 79401 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Lubbock Westerners basketball team scored a good 50-42 triumph over the Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees.
The Westerners (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Estacado (Lubbock, TX). The Matadors go into the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Estacado was topped by Frenship (Wolfforth, TX), 65-32, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees battle the Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. Stephenville will attempt to better on its 10-12 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 5-11 record after their 33-27 non-league win over Coronado (Lubbock, TX).
