December 27, 2024: Plano, TX 75074 Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Plano East Panthers (Plano, TX), 63-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Ryan advances its record to 18-6 on the year. The Raiders travel to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 12-6.
The Panthers now own a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host McKinney for a 6A Region I District 6 match on Tuesday, December 31. Plano East will face a Lions squad coming off a 64-30 non-league loss to Hays (Buda, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-16.
