December 27, 2024: Dothan, AL 36303 South Walton Seahawks (Santa Rosa Beach, FL) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Providence Christian Eagles (Dothan, AL), 61-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, South Walton advances its record to 9-2 on the year. The Seahawks travel to Elizabethton (Elizabethton, TN) to face the Fighting Cyclones in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Fighting Cyclones enter the match with a record of 2-8. Elizabethton won 69-31 in their recent non-league match against Leslie County (Hyden, KY)
The Eagles now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Geneva County for a 2A Area 2 match on Friday, January 3.
