New Jersey High School Basketball - Elizabeth knocked off by St. Joseph-by-the-Sea

In Friday's non-league test, the St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings (Staten Island, NY) basketball squad knocked off the host Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ), by a score of 63-47.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen (Ramsey, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 28. St. Joseph-by-the-Sea will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record.

The Minutemen (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Monsignor Farrell went down by Salesian (New Rochelle, NY), 65-43, in a league test.
