California High School Basketball - Sierra sneaks past Lathrop
December 27, 2024: Lathrop, CA 95330 The Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA) basketball edged the host Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA), 54-50 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Timberwolves now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Gregori for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Sierra will play a Jaguars team coming off a 66-42 non-league loss to Manteca (Manteca, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Lathrop falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host Pacheco (Los Banos, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Monday, January 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Pacheco lost 68-37 in their recent non-league bout against El Capitan (Merced, CA)
