Weequahic Indians (Newark, NJ) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Global Studies (Newark, NJ), 54-49 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Weequahic betters its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Arts (Newark, NJ) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league contest on Monday, December 29. The Jaguars go into the contest with a record of 2-1. Arts won 79-40 in their recent non-league contest against American History (Newark, NJ)
