The Columbus Academy Vikings (Gahanna, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Stivers School for the Arts Tigers (Dayton, OH), 50-43 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Worthington Christian (Worthington, OH). The Warriors go into the Mid-State - Ohio test with a 5-5 record.
The Tigers now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Thurgood Marshall for a Dayton Public test on Friday, January 7.
