December 28, 2021: Adams, NE 68301 Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Syracuse Rockets (Syracuse, NE), 55-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Freeman upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Falcons host Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE) to clash with the Irish in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 29. The Irish go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Sacred Heart won 43-26 in their recent non-league bout against Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE)
Next up, the Rockets clash with the Lourdes Central Catholic Knights (Nebraska City, NE) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 29. Syracuse will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 43-26 non-league loss to Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE).
