Minnesota High School Basketball - Loyola tops Minnesota Valley Lutheran
December 28, 2021: Mankato, MN 56001 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Loyola Crusaders (Mankato, MN) and the visiting Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN), saw Loyola's basketball squad knock off Minnesota Valley Lutheran by a tally of 74-54.
With the victory, Loyola improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Sleepy Eye (Sleepy Eye, MN) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 18. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
Next up, the Chargers play the Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN) in a A Section 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. Minnesota Valley Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
