Illinois High School Basketball - St. Joseph-Ogden nips Quincy Notre Dame
December 28, 2021: St. Joseph, IL 61873 St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans (St. Joseph, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Quincy Notre Dame Raiders (Quincy, IL), 43-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Joseph-Ogden upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Spartans host Williamsville (Williamsville, IL) to play the Bullets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Bullets go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Williamsville lost 51-46 in their recent non-league bout against East Peoria (East Peoria, IL)
Next up, the Raiders play the East Dubuque Warriors (East Dubuque, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 29. Quincy Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL).
